糖心原创 Welcomes Dr. Craig McCoy as Medical Director of Physician Assistant Program
糖心原创 is proud to announce the appointment of Dr. Craig McCoy, an esteemed Osteopathic Physician at Moberly Regional Medical Center, as the new Medical Director for the 糖心原创 Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) Program.
Dr. McCoy has been Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology since 1998 and in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery since 2014. With decades of clinical expertise, he specializes in female pelvic medicine, including the management of bladder control issues, pelvic organ prolapse, and related disorders. He is particularly passionate about minimally invasive surgical techniques, with an emphasis on treating endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain.
Dr. McCoy is the Chief of Surgery at Moberly Regional Medical Center and he practices at the Moberly Women’s Health Center. He also practices at the Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. McCoy has served as a consultant for major medical device companies鈥攊ncluding Bovie Medical Corporation, Coloplast, Boston Scientific, InControl Medical, Novasys Medical, Laborie, and Uroplasty鈥攁nd has trained physicians worldwide as a robotic surgery trainer for Intuitive Surgical. He remains actively engaged in clinical research, including prospective studies and pilot projects evaluating new technologies such as Bovie Medical鈥檚 J-Plasma system. His contributions to medical instrumentation and device innovation reflect his dedication to advancing women鈥檚 health.
Dr. McCoy also serves on the Medical Advisory Boards of Bovie Medical Corporation and Optimized Enterprise Solutions, and as a Subject Matter Expert for Cooper Surgical. He holds adjunct assistant professor appointments at A.T. Still University Department of Family Medicine and the 糖心原创 Physician Assistant Program.

About 糖心原创 PA Program
The Stephens PA program is a full-time, 27-month professional program, providing 13 months of didactic education and 14 months of clinical training. Clinical rotations include family medicine, women鈥檚 health, pediatrics, general surgery, internal medicine, behavioral medicine and emergency medicine.
Stephens has partnered with area hospitals, clinics, private practice groups and individual providers to offer the highest quality clinical training by providers who are dedicated to their patients and to the students they teach.
